Your space will always be spotless, and you will not need to worry about procurement or maintenance staff. There are no hidden add on costs.
What is the minimum lease term?
The minimum lease term is 3 months.
Is VAT included in the price, and is payment made in dinars or euros?
Payment is made in the dinar equivalent based on the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the invoice date, plus VAT.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required as a form of security and is paid before the start of the lease (move in).
What is the internet speed and reliability like?

What happens in the event of a technical issue in the office, such as with air conditioning, lighting, or installations?
You focus on your business, and we focus on maintenance. We have our own Facility Management team available every day. Whether it is replacing a light bulb, adjusting the air conditioning, or addressing installation issues, you can report any faults directly to our support team, and they will be resolved as quickly as possible under our SLA, with no additional cost to you.
How does building access work outside of regular business hours?
Access to the office buildings and our premises is available 24/7.
What happens if we hire five more employees in the middle of the contract?
Flexibility is a key advantage of working with us. If your team expands, the contract can be easily adjusted through an addendum. Our priority is always to accommodate your growth at the same address, and if capacity is fully occupied, our team will offer you an alternative location from our portfolio that matches your expanded needs while maintaining the same service standard.
